House keeping was awful. Stayed 3 nights house keeping only came once and when they did come they took the trash and that was it. They didn't replenish anything.

Plus, it's just a short stroll of about 1.5 km to Barcroft Park, where I enjoyed beautiful views during my walks.

Lovely comfortable suite. Everything provided for. Bright and windows opened!

Reception got my name wrong and told me I didn't have a three night reservation and then tried to re do the whole thing. When she asked about "our small child" I knew she wasn't talking about us. Wish there was a bar or able to buy wine Supper food (pasta) was dreadful! Salad fine.

Front desk was excellent at check in letting me know of the M-Th evening complimentary settings, transportation availability and the breakfast area was clean, well laid out and the food selection very nice. Suite was comfortable and we would stay here again.

From the start the staff where very helpful, kind and friendly, they helped us maneuver our way in D.C, I didn't know there would be a shuttle to the metro station which made our life so much easier. The hotel was very clean, quiet and a lot of restaurants are very close, we loved it!!

excellent amenities

Good place with internet access, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff once returned my forgotten hairbrush, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this spot for a comfortable stay.

Overall it was nice but nothing special or outstanding. The shuttle to the train station was convenient and helpful.

The breakfast staff were very nice! They greeted everyone with warm smiles, and it was like a family meal with them serving. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed the spacious rooms that had all we needed for our family of five.

In my wife's opinion, the kitchen amenities could use improvement for families.
